Joanna Nowakowska -Grunt

Joanna Nowakowska-Grunt is a habilitated doctor, university professor. Her main subject of research interests is the issues of using logistic management to improve management processes in enterprises. Her research focuses on problems related to the optimization of the processes of the flow of goods and information in the production sphere and the search for the best solutions in the field of transport. She is the author and co-author of many scientific papers published in national and foreign journals and publishers. He actively participates in scientific research as part of research and other projects carried out at the Department of Logistics at the Faculty of Management of the Częstochowa University of Technology. In his research he cooperates with many national and foreign centers, incl. in Norway, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
In 2008, she obtained a postdoctoral degree in economic sciences, and from that year she also serves as the deputy director of the Department of Logistics. For her research and teaching activities, she has repeatedly received the Awards of the Rector of the Częstochowa University of Technology, as well as the Bronze Cross of Merit of the President of the Republic of Poland. She has extensive experience in the implementation of research commissioned by external entities, has repeatedly expressed opinions on applications for innovation in production projects, and is also an expert in the implementation of Lean Management systems in enterprises.

My MBA teaching comprises organizational behavior and leadership accompanied by designing, running and supervising Personal Development Programs for executive managers. Major management knowledge and skills I have gathered while serving both as a board member in Institute for Business Development and as a deputy director of Warsaw Technical University Business School. In capacity of a business consultant and trainer I have co-operated with Hay Group, People Partnering, Assessment Systems, YSC and SMG-KRC HR.
As of 2004 I have started my own firm Entrevista delivering services in change management, leadership coaching and training, decision making facilitation, individual dispositions and organizational culture diagnosis.
